IF I do reach a live person, chances are he/she is based out of India, Singapore, or somewhere else that, once the reps can say "hello" and "goodbye" in English, they are let loose on the phones, and the unsuspecting public. My problem is, although it downloaded, there is no list of companies, & if I type in a name & tap search, nothing happens. It won't allow me to download it again, & being a tech idiot, I don't know how to delete it & start over. HELP, please.
