Hi Sharron! People do seem to have high expectations of the iPhone, don’t they? Most people seem to forget they were drooling over a hideous RAZR phone just 2 years ago, staring at a tiny screen and sending text messages with their numeric keypad.

Why didn't Apple call it the iCan't?
